WHAT WE ARE ABOUT:

ccridertv.com is a web site and broadband network for men and women motorcycle enthusiasts of all ages. Segments cover such subjects as:

Collectors, Custom Builders, Touring, Riding Safety, Technological Innovations, Feature Bike Segment, and Racing.

ccridertv is not another chopper/hog show.

Although we feature custom bikes we feel really break the mold, as per our Saga Segment - our primary focus is on the mainstream production motorcycles, i.e. cafe racers, sport bikes, motocross, cruisers, adventure bikes and sport touring machines. We are also doing segments on the new generation of scooters now offered by most major manufacturers.

Web site & Broadband

In-house produced segments and independently produced segments appear free of charge on the ccridertv broadband network. There are also listings of current motorcycle events; a store; a sponsor section; a gallery and a news and events section all easily accessible through our web site home page.

Package deals offered to advertisers and sponsors allow for a coordinated product message between their existing media programs and our web site. We also offer direct web site links with all our advertisers and sponsors.

ccridertv.com - show format

ccridertv is a location based production show. The long format segments that appear on the broadband network are approximately 5 - 7 minutes in length. They have a news magazine format consisting of interviews and action footage. Shorter format segments are more artistic in nature, intended to capture the pleasure and allure of motorcycle riding. We think of them as visual poems - montages of images of motorcyclists and the environment set to music, with some narration where appropriate.

Additional segments coming from sponsors or advertisers, ie: The Feature Bike Profile will be a segment on a current production motorcycle.  The manufacturer has the opportunity to showcase its new two wheel creation - with its own on track test footage and interviews. Advertisers are also able to run their current ads and promotions from conventional television sources. In all, the idea is to create an informative and entertaining experience for the viewer that offers a wide spectrum of broadband programming.

Contests

With the proliferation of easily affordable production DV cameras and Hi-def cameras everyone has the opportunity to become a filmmaker. ccridertv will host a biannual video festival, with the winners snatching up motorcycle related prizes as well as feature spots on our broadband network.

The Company

Lee Bailey Productions is a full service film and video production studio located in Santa Barbara CA. The principals are Laura Lee and Sid Bailey, who between them  bring more than 40 years of experience in all facets of media production - including print media and design and computer animation and special effects. Clients have included, Paramount Studios, CTV & CBC Networks in Canada, The Smithsonian Air & Space Museum in Washington DC, and Warner Bros. The range of projects extends from EFX work for Star Trek to high-end CGI sequences for the IMAX film Cosmic Voyage to 3D Stereoscopic animation for Marvin the Martian in the Third Dimension.

Mr. Bailey also created the popular new children's television show Firehouse Takes©, which was acquired by Warner Bros. and currently airs on Cartoon Network.
